Payment and Cancellation Policy
Reservations require a deposit equal to one night's stay at the time the
reservation is made. The balance is due at check in.
RV Sites Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be refunded (less
a $10 cancellation fee) if notification is received more than 7 days in advance
of the scheduled arrival date. If you cancel with 7 days or less notice the full
deposit will be forfeited.
Cabin & Yurt Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be refunded (less a $10 cancellation fee) if notification is received more than 14 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date, If you cancel with 14 days or less notice the full deposit will be forfeited
No Show Policy: All guaranteed reservations will be held until 9:00 AM on the morning following your scheduled arrival. If you do not arrive and have not cancelled your reservation, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your reservation.
Changing dates may result in a processing fee of $10. No refunds for early departures.
Group Reservations - We no longer accommodate large group reservations during Peak Season dates.
Monthly or Seasonal Sites - In order to receive a monthly rate, you must commit to staying 3 or more months. Due to the limited amount of space, Advance Reservations are Required for monthly sites. These sites are full hook-up, back-in sites with 30/50 AMP Electric, Water, Sewer & a Picnic table. Stays of 30 days or more are exempt from accommodation tax.
Update: All monthly sites have been filled for the summer of 2008. However, if you would like to be added to our waiting list, or if you have any questions, please contact us.

Weekly Rate (RV Sites Only): Pay 6 nights and receive the 7th night FREE. (The weekly rate will not be combined with other discounts.)
