We will begin accepting reservations for next season (May 2011 - September 2011) in January 2011.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Reservations require a  deposit equal to one night's stay at the time the reservation is made.  The balance is due at check in.

Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be refunded (less a $10 cancellation fee) if notification is received more than 7 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date. If you cancel with 7 days or less notice the full deposit will be forfeited.

No Show Policy: All guaranteed reservations will be held until 9:00 AM on the morning following your scheduled arrival.  If you do not arrive and have not canceled your reservation, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your reservation.

Changing dates may result in a processing fee of $10.  No refunds for early departures.

Group Reservations - We can no longer accommodate large group reservations during our peak season months (mid-June through August)  A 10% Non-Refundable Deposit is Required at the time group reservation are made.  Due to the limited number of sites, spacing and previous reservations, we cannot guarantee that everyone will be side by side, however, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Seasonal Sites  -  In order to receive a seasonal site, you must commit to staying 3 or more months if your dates overlap the peak season.  Seasonal sites are full hook-up, back-in sites with 30/50 AMP Electric, Water, Sewer & a Picnic table.  Stays of 30 days or more are exempt from accommodation tax. 

Monthly Sites -  Available in April, May, September & October Only.  (cannot overlap peak season dates)  A deposit of 10% of the monthly rate is required at the time your reservation is made.  To receive the monthly rate, you must commit to staying at least the full month.  Monthly sites are full hook-up sites with 30/50 AMP Electric, Water & Sewer Hookups and Picnic table.  Please call for availability and pricing.
